Illegal disposable e-cigarettes warning for Norfolk consumers and businesses

Recent inspections of King’s Lynn, Norwich and Great Yarmouth retailers have found thousands of illegal e-cigarettes offered for sale in the county. Norfolk County Council proposes £18m in above inflation rise in payments to care sector
